摘要
目的探讨树突状细胞调节细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞(DC-CIK)配合中药治疗化疗无效晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月至2013年2月间采用DC-CIK配合中药治疗化疗无效的晚期恶性肿瘤患者120例,观察评价其近期疗效,生活质量改善情况及不良作用。结果 120例患者中,临床有效率为12.5%,疾病控制率为69.2%。治疗后,患者生活质量明显改善,治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论 DC-CIK细胞因子配合中药治疗化疗无效的晚期恶性肿瘤是一种有效的姑息治疗方法,有必要进行深入的临床研究。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of DC-CIK combind with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ineffective chemotherapy for advanced malignant tumor. Methods From 2012 February to 2013 February, 120 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients with ineffective chemotherapy were treated by DC-CIK combined with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital, to observe and evaluate the short-term curative effect, life quality improvement and side effects. Results The clinical effective rate was 12. 5%, disease control rate was 69. 2% ; ＇after treatment, the quality of life of patients improved obviously, obvious side effect was not found in the course of treatment. Conclusions DC-CIK cytokines with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of advanced malignant tumors was an effective palliative treatment method, there is a need for clinical study.
