摘要
用高活性镍作催化剂 ,在常压和 65~ 70℃下 ,将 4 -硝基二苯胺加氢可合成 4 -氨基二苯胺 .结果表明 ,该催化剂在试验条件下具有很高的催化活性和选择性 ,4 -硝基二苯胺的转化率接近 10 0 %,产率超过 95%,所得产品纯度达到 98%.
aminodiphenylamine has been synthesized by the hydrogenation of 4\|nitrodiphenylamine with a highly active nickel as catalyst under normal pressure and the temperature between 65℃ and 70℃. The test results show that under the above\|mentioned conditions, the catalyst demonstrates a high catalytic activity and selectivity, the conversion rate of 4\|nitrodiphenylamine is about 100%, with a yield over 95% and the product's purity up to 98%.
