摘要
讨论了用 RH-4 0 2测氢仪分析铝及铝合金中氢含量时试样的制备方法以及表面氢分析时的加热时间和内部氢分析时的加热时间对分析结果的影响 ,给出了准确分析氢含量的试样制备方法和分析参数 (试样加热时间 )
The effect of the preparation method of sample and the heat times during analysis of surface hydrogen and bulk hydrogen on the results of analysis by using RH 402 H 2 analyzer is discussed, and the methods for preparing samples and for determing analysis factors (Furnace on time for analysis of surface hydrogen and Maximum furnace on time for analysis of bulk hydrogen ) are given in this paper.
