摘要
为了控制钢中析出氧化物夹杂的组成和形态 ,通过钢液 -夹杂物、钢液 -熔渣之间的化学平衡关系 ,以弹簧钢为例 ,计算了 182 3K时钢中强脱氧元素钙和铝的残余含量对析出夹杂物组成的影响 ,并给出了可使钢中析出具有良好变形能力的 Ca O· Al2 O3· 2 Si O2 夹杂物的钙、铝含量的控制范围和控制方法。
With the thermodynamics equilibrium calculation established among molten steel and oxide inclusion, refining slag, the relationship between inclusion composition and trace of easily oxidizable elements presented in molten spring steel at 1 823 K were calculated as in order to control the composition and morphology of oxide inclusions. The content region of aluminum and calcium, and the controlling method in favor of precipitating the deformable inclusion anorthite were pointed out.
