摘要
三容水箱常用于模拟工业过程中对液位、流量、温度、压力参数的测量和控制,具有非线性、强耦合、多变量和大滞后的特点。介绍了微型三容水箱系统结构设计原理,系统硬件和软件设计。给出了2种典型的液位控制算法,并进行了实验验证。该实验系统仿真与实体实验结合,可以实现远程控制,具有结构紧凑、扩展性强、性价比高的优点,可以用于自动控制原理和计算机控制技术等相关课程的设计性和创新性实验教学。
Three-Tanks is commonly used in the simulation of industrial process measurement and control of liquid level, flow, temperature, pressure parameters, it has the characteristics of nonlinear, strong coupling, multiple variable and complex lag. An introduction of the structural design principle of micro-three-tanks system, the design of hardware and software is conducted in this paper. Two kinds of liquid level control algorithm is proposed, and experiments have been conducted to verify the control algorithm. The simulation and physical experiment is combined, and remote control can be realized in the system .With compact structure, openness, strong expansion, cost-effective benefits, the system can be used for the design and innovation of experimental teaching in courses, such as the principle of automatic control and computer control technology.
