摘要
本文用正交试验方法探讨了粮食、食品、饲料、蔬菜及水果等食物中维生素E荧光测定过程中的各种条件,用0.1M盐酸-乙醇混合溶液代替常规的有机溶剂如乙醚或石油醚(30~60℃)进行样品处理,用石油醚(30~60℃)代替已烷作萃取剂,在λ_(ex)295nm/λ_(em)340nm处测定维生素E,经多次试验,结果令人满意。测定维生素E的相对偏差为2.0~5.0%,维生素E的平均回收率为99.2%。
Some conditions in the assay of vitamin E in foodstuffs by fluorometry were studied bymeans of orthogonal experiment. Organic solvents. for example, ethyle ether and petroleum etheret al, are replaced by 0. 1M hydrochloric acid--ethanol mixed solution in the sample processingand substituted hexane by A. P. petroleum ether(30~60°C). Vitamin E was measured atλ_(ex) 295mn/λ_(em) 340mn. The coefficient of relative variation of vitamin E determination was2.0~5.0% and the average recovery of vitamin E was 99. 2%.
