摘要
目的:探讨临床护理教学路径在手术室的应用及效果。方法:按照随机方法将护生分为试验组与对照组各35人,试验组采用临床教学路径模式带教;对照组采用传统带教,比较两组护生的出科理论成绩、操作成绩以及带教认可及满意情况。结果:试验组实习护生出科理论成绩、操作成绩、带教认可及满意情况高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:临床护理教学路径的应用可提高临床教学效果,值得临床推广。
Objective :To investigate the application and effect of clinical nursing teaching pathway inthe operation room. Methods :The nursing students were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group with 35 people in each group,the experiment group used clinical teaching mode of teaching, the control group used the traditional teaching,compared two groups of nursing students of theoretical results,operat- ing performance and teaching recognition and satisfaction. Results:In the experimental group,nursing students of theoretical results,perform- ance,teaching recognition and satisfaction were higher than that of control group (P 〈0. 05) ,the difference was statlatically significant. Canclu- sion:The application of clinical nursing teaching pathway can improve the teaching effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
