摘要
目的:对云南普洱茶、贵州苦丁茶、河北茉莉花茶中的锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)4种微量元素进行测定。方法:将样品用干法进行消解,并利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定3种茶叶中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素的含量。结果:Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素在3个地区茶叶中含量分别是云南普洱茶:43.43μg/g、57.28μg/g、33.14μg/g、135.67μg/g;贵州苦丁茶:19.91μg/g、32.98μg/g、9.74μg/g、77.08μg/g;河北茉莉花茶:36.09μg/g、84.37μg/g、28.52μg/g、220.08μg/g。结论:3种茶叶中均含有丰富的微量元素,不同地区茶叶中微量元素含量有一定差异。
Objective: To determinate the content of the trace elements (Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu) in Yunnan Pu'er tea, Hebei jasmine tea, Guizhou Kuding tea. Methods: Nitric acid and perchloric acid (4+1) were used to disintegrate the ground sample of tea. Flame atom- ic absorption spectrometric method was used to determine four trace elements content in three kinds of tea. Results: The content of trace elements (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn) in three districts is respectively that Yunnan Pu'er tea: 43.43 ug/g, 57.28 Ixg/g, 33.14 ug/g, 135.67 ug/g, Guizhou knding tea: 19.91 ug/g, 32.98 ug/g, 9.74 ug/g, 77.08 ug/g, Hebei Jasmine tea: 36.09 ug/g, 84.37 ug/g, 28.52 Ixg/g, 220.08 ug/g. Conclusion: All three kinds of tea contain rich trace elements and there are differences about the content of trace ele- ments in different areas.
