摘要
采用生长速率法,测定了多菌灵、克菌丹、多宁、戊唑醇、丙环唑、睛醇6种不同浓度的杀菌剂对链格孢菌(Alternaria sp)、苹果树腐烂病(Cytospora sp)、青霉菌(Penicillium)、黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)的抑制作用。通过回归曲线法,比较相关系数,并通过不同浓度梯度试验计算了6种药剂对4种病原菌的ED50和LD50的值,筛选出了杀菌率最优的杀菌剂。结果表明:55%多菌灵800倍、25%戊唑醇水乳剂500倍、25%睛醇乳油4000倍对苹果树腐烂病和链格孢菌的抑菌率达100%。而55%多菌灵200倍、50%克菌丹200倍、77%多宁200倍对青霉和黄曲霉抑菌率达90%以上。
The study usd the growth rate method to determinate the inhibitory effect of six different kinds of fungicide with different concentrations which contains Carbendazim,Captan,Dodine,Tebuconazole,Propiconazole,Jingchun on Alternaria sp,Cytospora sp,Penicillium and Aspergillus flavus.Using the regression curve to the correlation coefficient and by having experiment with different concentrations,we gave the ED50 and LD50 values of six potions on four kinds of pathogensand to select the best fungicide.The results show that 55% carbendazim diluted 800 times,25% tebuconazole diluted 500 times,25% Jingchun diluted 4000 times have the 100% bacteriostatic rate on apple rot disease and Alternaria alternata.And 55% Carbendazim diluted 200 times,50% Captan diluted 200 times,77% Dodine diluted 200 times have more than 90% bacteriostatic rate on Penicillium and Aspergillus.
