摘要
用于测定表面硬化层特别是薄层的维氏和努氏显微硬度的应用逐渐广泛。自ISO 2639、ISO 6507-1和ISO 4545及GB/T 9450等标准颁布及实施以来,努氏硬度用于薄表层硬度梯度测量的优越性已得到认可。但同时应充分认识努氏硬度的特征、测量精确度和影响因素及仪器校验的重要性。介绍了努氏硬度、真实努氏硬度的测定方法,影响显微硬度测试精度的因素及努氏-洛氏硬度的换算。
Vickers and Knoop haMness tests are under progressively popularizing in the measurement of hardness of haMened case, especially thin hardened case. The superiority of Knoop hardness test in the measurement of hardness profile in thin hardened case has been universally accepted since the promulgation and implementation of ISO 2639, ISO 6507- 1, ISO 4545 and GB/T 9450. Simultaneously, the speciality, test accuracy and influencing lhcttws as well as the importance of tester calibration are fully recognized for the Knoop hardness test. The following points were introduced as well, including the test methods of Knoop hardness numhcr and true Knoop hardness number, the factors influencing microhardness test accuracy and the conversion of Knoop to Rockwell C.
