摘要
介绍了国内外再生水回用现状、再生水回用途径,详细分析了我国再生水回用发展的制约因素,并从政策法规、资金配备、人员素质、推广应用等方面提出促进我国再生水回用发展的对策。
Introduced the current situation and the approach of the reclaimed water reuse. In the paper, detailed analysis of the restrict factors of the reclaimed water reuse in our country was proposed. And the strategies of promoting the development of water reuse were given from several aspects, such as the policies and regulations, the capital allocation, the personal quality, the popularization and etc.
