摘要
文章简要介绍了融资租赁的基本概念、发展历程及我国融资租赁业的监管现状,通过对融资租赁业监管现状及存在问题的分析,进而提出了促进我国融资租赁发展的建议。
The basic concept of financial leasing and its development course were briefly introduced, and the regulation framework in financial leasing industry was studied. By the analysis for the status of such regulation and its problem, policy suggestion was provided to promote the development of financial leasing in China.
