摘要医源性胆道损伤（iatrogenic bile duct injury，IBDI），指在外科手术或内镜诊疗实践过程中所造成的胆管创伤及由此产生的并发症所致的生理功能障碍，甚至生命的丧失。IBDI根据发生部位分为肝内胆管损伤、近段胆管损伤、中段胆管损伤、远段胆管损伤、T形管瘘管的破裂。根据发现的时间分为术中、术后3个月以内，
