摘要
石油化工企业中心控制室通常采用抗爆结构,随着企业规模的不断扩大,中心控制室的生产管理功能逐渐增强,越来越多的企业希望中心控制室能采用非抗爆结构设计以满足室内人员的舒适性要求。叙述了中心控制室的抗爆要求,并引用近年来爆炸超压对建筑物的影响、蒸汽云爆炸超压后果预测模型和空气中爆炸冲击波传播规律等领域的一些研究成果,探讨了爆炸冲击波超压与控制室抗爆结构之间的关系,商讨如何根据距离判断中心控制室是否可以选择非抗爆结构,并给出了初步的量化指标,供自控设计人员参考。
The central control room(CCR)in petro-chemical enterprise is usually constructed with blast resistant.With the continuous expansion of enterprise,the production managerial functions of CCR are becoming more and more.To make indoor human comfortable,more and more enterprise prefer to use non-blast resistant structure for the CCR.The requirement of blast resistant for CCR has been disclosed in detail.With the quotation of some new research results in the fields of explosion overpressure effects on buildings,models for predicting the strength of vapor cloud explosion and propagation rule of explosion shock wave in the air,the relationship between explosion overpressure and blast resistant control room is discussed,and how to make the judgment on whether CCR could adopt non-blast-resistant structure based on the distance between CCR and explosion hazard plants are also discussed.Some preliminary parameters are recommended,and can be used as the reference for instrumentation designers.
