摘要
文章在阐述我国反垄断法内涵和国外职业体育反垄断豁免进程的前提下,对中超联赛组织结构、反垄断规制与联赛运行格局等方面进行了深入分析,提出了中超联赛在我国职业体育市场中的独立发展空间有限、联赛忽视了反垄断法规制的重要性、依法律程序获得反垄断豁免权是中超联赛可持续发展的重要法律保障等结论。
Based on the research of Chinese anti - monopoly law and anti - monopoly exemption process of foreign professional sports, in - depth analysis has been carried out on the organizational structure, regulation of Anti - monopoly and operation pattern of CSL. Finally this paper concludes as follows ： the independent development of CSL in Chinese professional sports market is limited ; the league overlooks the importance of anti - monopoly regulation ; sustainable development of CSL relies on obtaining anti - monopoly immunity in accordance with regular legal procedures.
