摘要
针对目前卷烟污点检测人工测量的各种问题,设计了基于机器视觉的污点面积测量系统。选取相关器材构建了合理的系统硬件结构,并开发了图像算法为核心的可视化工作软件。利用该系统与传统方法进行对比实验,结果表明:该系统能够满足卷烟污点检测的行业要求,数据稳定性高于传统方法,测量误差仅为0.1%。
Aiming at various problems in artificial detection on stains blot area measuring system is designed based on machine vision. A reasonable structure of the system hardware is constructed using correlative devices, and a visible working software system which is based on image algorithm is developed. Compared with traditional method, it indicates that the stability of this system is higher than traditional method and can meet the requirements of tobacco stains test, its measurement error is O. 1%.
