对虾黄头病液相基因芯片检测技术研究

摘要 为获得一种快速特异灵敏的检测对虾黄头病的方法,本研究通过RT-PCR得到需要的DNA片段,选择两种高效的荧光编码微球,建立对虾黄头病(Yellow head disease,YHV)液相基因芯片检测体系并对病毒的GP116基因进行检测。通过对检测结果的分析,从试验检测的灵敏度和特异性方面证明这种技术在对虾黄头病的检测中是可行的。 In order to obtain a rapid specific and sensitive detection method,the desired DNA fragment was obtained by RT-PCR.Two efficient Carboxylated microspheres were selected to establish a liquid gene chip of shrimp yellow head disease.The result showed that through analyzing the sensitivity and specificity of detecting GP116 gene,the liquid gene chip detection technique to shrimp Yellow Head Disease is feasible.
