机械锁键锚杆在三门峡水利枢纽坝前清污栈桥中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 三门峡水电站是三门峡水利枢纽工程的重要组成部分,水电站承担着防汛、发电、灌溉等综合利用任务。由于黄河汛期来污量较多,严重影响汛期防洪和发电效能。为此,黄河明珠集团在坝前污物综合治理方案中对污物运输方式进行了探索与研究,坝前清污栈桥就是对污物运输方式的一种探索。坝前清污栈桥施工的技术重点和难点是清污栈桥的承重支撑结构与坝体连接的固定装置:十字机械锁键锚杆。本文着重介绍十字锁键的特性、加工制作和施工流程工艺,以期为类似工程提供一种新方法、新技术。 Sanmenxia Hydropower Station, as an important component of Sanmenxia Water Control Project, undertakes the comprehensive utilization tasks of flood prevention, power generation and irrigation. The sewage of Yellow River is much in the flood season, which seriously affects the flood prevention and power generation efficiency. For this reason, Yellow River Pearl Group discusses and studies the sewage transportation method in dam-front sewage comprehensive disposition scheme, and the dam-front clean-up trestle is an act of exploration for sewage transportation method. The key and difficult point of dam-front clean-up trestle is cross-shaped mechanical lock key anchor bolt, the fixed facility connecting the bearing, supporting structures and the dam body. In this paper, the features, processing, manufacturing and construction flow and technologies of the cross-shaped mechanical lock key are introduced as an attempt to provide a new method and new technology for similar projeets.
