摘要
下板地水利枢纽工程在坝基防渗墙与大坝沥青心墙基座之间增设二期混凝土找平层,防渗墙与二期混凝土结合面采用涂刷丙乳砂浆进行连接;在二期混凝土与大坝沥青心墙基座结合面布置锚筋增强结合面强度、安装止水铜片进行防渗。运行监测结果表明:一、二期混凝土外露垂直壁面及丙乳层间结合面均无渗漏水痕迹,丙乳层间结合面的抗渗强度不低于C25混凝土的抗渗强度,层面间结合紧密。可在类似工程推广和应用。
Stage Ⅱ concrete leveling layer is increased between dam foundation concrete seepage control wall and dam asphalt core wall in Xiabandi water conservancy hub project. The joint surfaces of seepage control wall of stage II concrete are connected by painting acrylic emulsion mortar. Anchor bars are arranged on the joint surfaces of stage Ⅱ concrete and dam asphalt core wall base for enhancing strength of the joint surfaces. Copper water-stop plates are installed for controlling seepage. Operational monitoring results showes that: there is no water seepage traces on the joint surface between concrete exposed vertical wall in stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ and the acrylic emulsion layer, and the impermeability strength of joint surface between acrylic emulsion layers is not less than C25 concrete impermeability strength with tight bonding between layers. The practice can be promoted and applied in simifar projects.
