摘要
任何一部设计合理且得到良好实施的大学章程都秉持了某些特定的价值原则。这些原则主要包括:与法治国家精神理念相契合的合法性原则;体现教师和学生大学主体地位的权利保障原则;彰显大学独立与自由品格的大学自治原则;反映大学现状和未来发展需求的实事求是原则。
All university charters that have proved good and have been implemented well abide by some particular principles including compliance with the spirit of rule of the law, safeguarding the subject position of the faculty and the students, university autonomy manifesting the independence and freedom quality of the university, and truthfulness in presenting the current circumstances and the future of the university.
