摘要
在喷雾干燥过程中,雾距对雾化质量和粘壁程度有重要影响。设计测量雾距的试验平台,建立雾滴的运动模型用于计算雾距的理论值;通过理论和试验相结合的方式,得到并解释雾距与雾化器转速的关系。结果表明:在进料速率恒定的条件下,随着雾化器转速的增加,雾距先是随之增大,但转速超过一定值后,雾距随之减小。
In the spray drying process, the atomizing distance has an important influence on the spray quality and wall sticking degree. The experimental platform was designed for measuring the atomizing distance, and the motion model of droplet was established for calcu lating the theoretical value of atomizing distance. Through the theo retical calculation and experiment of the atomizing distance, the rela- tionship was found between the atomizing distance and rotational speed of rotary atomizer. The results showed that, when the feed rate kept constant, the atomizing distance became bigger with the in creasing of atomizer's rotational speed at first. However, when the rotational speed exceeded a certain value, the spray distance became smaller.
