大分子二醇为核单体的超支化聚酯的合成与性能 被引量:2

Synthesis and Properties of Hyperbranched Polyesters Using High Molecular Weight Diol as a Core Monomer

摘要 分别以大分子二醇YmerTMN120、1,4-丁二醇和新戊二醇为核单体,二羟甲基丙酸为AB2型单体,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用准一步法合成了第三代超支化聚酯HBP-1、HBP-2和HBP-3。采用FT-IR、1H NMR和GPC对其结构和相对分子质量进行表征,并考察了超支化聚酯的溶液黏度和特性黏度。以甲苯二异氰酸酯加成物为固化剂制备交联HBP涂膜,表征了涂膜性能。结果表明:以YmerTMN120为核单体的超支化聚酯HBP-1具有较高的支化度(达到0.48)和较低的相对分子质量分布指数(1.60)。HBP-1在极性溶剂中具有较好的溶解性,其特性黏度最低,为3.85 mL/g。超支化聚酯的固化膜都具有优异的附着力、柔韧性和较高的硬度。 The third generation hyperbranched polyesters (HBPs) were synthesized by a quasi -one step method with 2,2 -bis( hydroxyl- methyl) propionie acid as a AB2 monomer, YmerTM NI20, 1,4- butanediol (BDO), and neopentyl glycol(NPG) as core monomers and p -toluene sulfonie acid as the catalyst. The structures and molecular weights of HBPs were charaeterized with FT- IR, J H NMR and GPC. The solution viscosity and intrinsic viscosities were also investigated. The film properties of HBPs cured by the TDI adduct were also tested. The thermal stability of cured HBPs films were examined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). It was found that HBPs were successfully synthesized and HBP - 1 showed the high- est branehing degree up to 0.48 and exhibited the lowesl polydispersity index 1.60 and better solubilily in polar solvents anti lower intrinsic viscosity 3.85 mL/g. All the cured HBPs films presented excellent adhesion, flexibility and higher hardness.
