摘要
针对高强度钢材焊缝连接,对欧洲规范Eurocode 3、美国规范ANSI/AISC 360-10及中国GB50017(送审稿)的设计计算方法进行对比,并在有限元计算的基础上,针对GB50017(送审稿)的长焊缝折减系数提出改进公式。结果表明,相较于欧洲规范和美国规范,中国规范在强度指标方面比其他两本分类更细,但强度折减也较多。钢结构设计规范的发展应继续加强在Q460及以上的高强度钢材焊缝连接的研究。
According to high strength steel weld connection design, detailing requirements and design procedures in different codes (Eurocode 3, ANSI/AISC 360-10, and GB 50017 (draft)) were compared. Based on the finite element analysis (FEA) , the reduction factor for long welding joint was improved. It was concluded that Chinese code(draft) was classified more specifically in strength index comparing with EC3 and AISC, but had more strength reduction. The relevant research of Q460 and more high strength steel weld connections should be considered.
