摘要
随着旧工业建筑再生利用项目的大量开发,项目急需科学有效的评价体系为其开展提供决策参考。从可持续发展的角度出发,参考国内外多种评价体系构建方法,通过对全国96个项目进行调研分析,从经济、社会与环境三维角度建立了适用于可持续性和全过程评价的旧工业建筑再生利用评价体系。该体系具有多评价方法共存的特点,是以可拓优度评价为主,其他评价为辅,贯穿项目始终的一种全过程性评价体系。
A scientific and effective evaluation system is needed urgently with the development of large amounts of projects for reusing old industrial buildings, which can provide the decision reference for their accomplishment. An evaluation system of recycling old industrial buildings was established by starting from the point of sustainable development, studying the constructing methods of several evaluation systems at home and abroad, investigating and analyzing 96 projects in China, based on economic, social and environmental views. The system featured coexistence of several evaluation methods, and was the evaluation system of throughtout-project and all-course.
