摘要
无锡商业职业技术学院与台湾王品餐饮集团合作实施"订单培养"计划,通过校企双方共同协商制订人才培养方案,即共同制订"授课计划"、"职业生涯规划"及"幼狮计划",总结出"订规格、订标准、订质量"的"人才订单"培养模式,解决了高职院校毕业生虽然就业率高但就业质量低的问题,实现了学生的高质量就业。
Wuxi institute of commerce and Taiwan Wang Pin catering group cooperation in the implementation of ＂order training＂ program, through mutual consultation between colleges to develop the talent training scheme, namely, developed ＂teaching plan＂, ＂career planning＂ and ＂lion cubs plan＂ , summed up a set of ＂book order specifications,standards,quali- ty＂ orders training mode. Solved in higher vocational colleges graduate students though the employment rate is high, but the low quality of employment,improve the college students＇ employment quality.
