摘要
科学技术和市场竞争使组织面临更加复杂多变的外部环境,为降低环境的不确定性所带来的风险,组织形式正朝着无边界的方向发展。本文以罗恩提出的组织存在的四种边界为突破口,重点探讨了如何应对无边界管理的发展趋势给人力资源管理带来的挑战,并构建了与无边界管理理念相适应的人力资源管理体系。
The rapid development of science and technology makes organizations face a more complex and volatile extemal environment. In order to reduce the risks that come from environmental uncertainty, organization forms are moving in the boundaryless direction, so the concept of boundaryless management is increasingly respected by people. Taking the four organizational boundaries proposed by Ron Ashkenas in 1995 as a breakthrough, this article focuses on how to deal with the challenges in human resource management generated by the trend of boundaryless management, and builds a human resource management system that adapt with the boundaryless management concept.
