摘要
企业与外界市场间的边界并非一成不变和清晰可辨,随着企业经营活动跨越边界、新型组织结构的发展和社会分工不断深化,企业人力资源管理已经"跨界"。本文以直观的视角,从"跨界"交换和互动服务着手,尝试将跨边界人力资源管理行为予以系统性整合和归纳,对由此带来的管理风险、关键能力挑战,以及企业人力资源管理体系重构等问题进行了深入思考,并提出建议。
The boundary between enterprise and external market is not always clear and invariable; Human Resource Management Behaviors in enterprise have been crossing boundaries with the development of new organizational structure, social division and cross boundary of business activities. The author try to integrate Cross-boundary HRM systematically according the exchange and interaction characteristic of cross-boundary from a direct & simple view. Based on putting forward five typical behaviors of Cross- boundary HRM, the relative management risks, the key competencies are identified, the suggestions about reconstruction of HRM system in enterprise are also presented by the author.
