多肽自组装聚集体在药物输送及药物设计中的应用研究进展

摘要 多肽以成核方式形成的聚集体能够阻止极端物理、化学及生化环境的破坏与降解,具有较高的稳定性;而多肽自身又具有良好的生物相容性,上述因素使得多肽自组装聚集体成为一种新的极具潜力的药物输送载体。此外,由于多肽自组装过程会扰乱周围环境的生理平衡,并结合环境中的自由态水分子,其在药物设计中也有新的应用。该文综述了多肽自组装聚集体在药物输送及药物设计中的研究进展。 Self-assembled aggregates of peptides are stable against harsh physical,chemical and biochemical conditions and the peptides also have good biocompatibility,making peptide aggregates a potential drug delivery carrier.In addition,peptide aggregates formed in cells usually lead to a physical and chemical perturbation and bind with water in the environment,so they have also been applied to antibiotics and antiviral drug design.The application of peptide aggregates to drug delivery and design is reviewed in this paper.
