摘要
制备了天然斜发沸石负载TiO2光催化剂,以染料活性黑溶液为降解目标物,紫外光为光源,在超声波协同作用下光催化降解染料废水,对催化剂的合成条件、催化活性及其重复使用性进行了研究。结果表明,在200℃焙烧温度下,由钛酸四丁酯与斜发沸石复合制备的催化剂具有最大的光催化活性,且其催化活性与纯TiO2相近。制备的催化剂质量稳定,可重复使用。超声波-光催化协同作用对染料的脱色率好于单一的光催化降解作用。
The TiO2-loaded natural clinoptilolite photo-catalyst has been prepared. By using dyesstuff active black solution as degrading object,ultraviolet as light source and ultrasonics as cooperation technology,the synthetic conditions of catalyst, influencing factors of catalytic activity and the reusability of catalysts are studied. The results show that the catalyst which is made from tetrabuyl titanate combined with clinoptilolite has the greatest photo- catalytic activity when the sintering temperature is 200 ~C. Its catalytic activity is close to that of pure TiO2. The quality of the prepared catalyst is stable and can be used repeatedly. The synergic effect of ultrasonics/photocatalysis on the decolorization rate of dyes is better than that of the single use of photo-catalytic degradation.
