摘要
采用氯接触氧化过滤去除原水中的锰,通过试验研究了除锰滤料的成熟期、投氯量及原水pH对氯接触氧化过滤除锰效果的影响。结果表明,在过滤初期,当投氯量为进水锰浓度的3倍,且原水pH达到8.7时,该方法能迅速而有效地去除原水中的锰;当滤料成熟后,只需将原水pH保持在7.3以上,并按理论投氯量投氯(进水锰浓度的1.3倍),即可获得良好的除锰效果。滤料成熟期的长短与投氯量和原水pH有关,原水pH越高,投氯量越大,滤料成熟越快。当进水锰质量浓度为1mg/L时,成熟期一般为1-15d。
Chlorine contact oxidation filtration process has been used for removing manganese from raw water. Through tests, the effects of the maturity of manganese-removing filter, chlorine dosage and pH on the removing efficiency of manganese by chlorine contact oxidation filtration are investigated. The results show that when chlorine dosage is 3 times of the manganese concentration in influent and pH is 8.7 in the initial filtration stage, manganese in influent can be removed rapidly and effectively. After the filtration media get mature, it is necessary only to keep the pH of raw water at above 7.3, and add chlorine according to theoretical chlorine dosage ( 1.3 times of manganese con- centration in influent). As a result,good manganese-removing efficiency can be obtained. The length of the filter maturity is related to the dosage of chlorine and pH of raw water. The higher pH is, the more chlorine dosage and the shorter the filter maturity. When the manganese mass concentration in influent is 1 mg/L, the maturity is usually 1- 15d.
