摘要
对我国铁路桥设计规范的修订进行回顾,在此基础上对我国桥梁事业的健康发展提出一些看法和建议:①欧洲结构规范代表着设计规范的当代水平。②欧洲结构规范中值得采纳的观点包括明确设计规范是标准的一种,标准是为市场服务的;结构可靠度理论虽应重视,但并非现在就能指导规范的制订;极限状态法是先进的,应该立即推广。③需要重视欧洲结构规范,学习、议论,通晓其正义,并据此针对我国铁路桥梁提出一些简明设计规则,用之于实践。
The amendments to the railway bridge design codes of China are reviewed.On the basis of the review,some opinions and proposals of the authors for the healthy development of the bridge construction in the country are given：1） the Structural Eurocode represents the state-of-the-art of the structural design codes; 2） in the Structural Eurocode,the idea needing to be adopted is that the structural design codes are clearly defined as one kind of the standards and the standards are considered to serve the market.Though the importance should be attached to the structural reliability theory,it does not mean that the reliability theory can currently guide the amendment work of the design codes.The limit state design method is advanced,it should be popularized without delay; 3） it is necessary that the importance should be attached to the Structural Eurocode,the Eurocode should be studied,discussed and well understood and in accordance with the study and understanding,for the railway bridges in the country,some concise design rules should be formulated and put into practice.
