摘要
体育用品业的高效运营应该着眼于关键影响因素。梳理相关研究,从产业运营管理框架和广义资源集视域,拓展了传统战略管理理论的研究疆域,运用德尔菲法分析出体育用品业相关影响因素,对这些因素构建解释结构模型(ISM),识别它们的关联性,进而采用手段-目的链法辨识出体育用品业运营的6个关键影响因素。基于此,探究从关键影响因素入手的相应运营管控对策,以有效提高产业运营绩效,实现产业运营战略目标。
High-performance operation of sports goods industry should begin with key influen- cing factors. This paper reviewed related literature, expanded research frontiers of traditional strategic management theory from industry operating management framework and generalized resources set horizon, analyzed related influencing factors by Delphi, constructed ISM, distin- guished their correlation, then discriminated six key influencing factors by means-end chain. Based on this, operation control countermeasures were discussed accordingly to effectively enhance operation performance, achieve operation strategy objectives.
