摘要
在数控生产实训的教学过程中,学生根据零件图能够手工编制出零件加工程序,却因为不会对刀而加工不出合格的零件。有鉴于此,针对数控生产实训教学过程中采用FANUC0iT系统的数控车床,结合复杂零件的手工编程实例,依次使用刀具补偿T指令、G54~G59指令和G50指令3种方法进行了对刀操作,并详尽阐述了3种多刀对刀方法的步骤、注意事项、区别及联系,为数控教学和中小企业的实际对刀提供了参考。
According to part drawing, the students can program NC programming manually in teaching process of CNC production training, but most of them don't process qualified parts because of lack of the adjusting tool method's knowledge. Through manual NC program example of complex part, three different useful manual adjusting tool methods were introduced by using FANUC 0iT system NC lathe in teaching process of the CNC production training. These three manual adjusting tool methods were using the instruction for the cutter compensation T, G54 - G59, and G50 in turn. The steps, using attentions, distinctions and relations of these methods to manual adjusting tool were discussed in detail. It provides instructive reference for practical manual adjusting tool of NC teaching and small and medium-sized enterprises.
