摘要
目的:以桡骨茎突腱鞘炎的针灸治疗为例,来验证同名经配穴法在针灸治疗中的重要作用。方法:选取桡骨茎突腱鞘炎患者69例做单纯的针灸治疗,随机分为对照组34例,治疗组35例,对照组经络辨证选穴;治疗组经络辨证选穴合同名经配穴。均为针灸治疗3日1次,15次为1疗程,观察评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为100%、100%;治愈率分别为74.29%、52.94%;组间临床疗效比较,总有效率无差异,治愈率差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同名经配穴法,辨证全面,标本兼治,疗效更为显著。
Objective ： Taking acupuncture treatment to radial styloid tenosynovitis for example, to verify the important value of acupuncture point method with meridians of the same name in clinic. Methods ： Selecting 69 patients with radial styloid tenosy novitis to be received the simple acupuncture treatment. 34 cases were randomly allocated to controlled group, 35 cases were ran domly allocated to treatment group. To select points with meridian syndrome differentiation in controlled group, to select points with meridian syndrome differentiation and acupuncture point method with meridians of the same name in treatment group. Both doing acupuncture treatment once three days, 15 times for one period of treatment. To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group and controlled group were respectively 100% and 100% ; cure rate was respectively 74. 29% and 52. 94%. Clinical curative effect comparison between the treatment group and the controlled group, The total effective rate was no difference, cure rate differences, difference was statistically significant results （ P〈0. 05）. Con clusion ： Acupuncture point method with meridians of the same name is the comprehensive, treatment is the comprehensive, cur ative effect is more significant.
