摘要
我国高等教育中外合作办学已走过了20多年的风雨历程。通过中外合作办学引进优质教育资源已成为高等教育国际化进程中的一个重要内容。从分析引进优质教育资源所存在的主要问题入手,应用高等教育国际化的有关规律和已有的政策法规,并结合工作实践,从加强宏观指导与调控、加大投入、改善布局与结构、完善相关的政策法规、加强教育教学质量监管等重要方面,对如何做好浙江省高等教育中外合作办学中引进优质教育资源工作提出了一些对策。
Chinese-foreign cooperative school running in higher education has experienced over 20 years.The introduction of high-quality educational resources through Chinese-foreign cooperative school running has become an important content in the internationalization process of higher education.This paper analyzes major problems existing in the introduction of high-quality educational resources and puts forward some countermeasures for better introduction of high-quality educational resources in Chinese-foreign cooperative school running in higher education of Zhejiang Province in such important aspects as strengthening of macro-direction and regulation,input increase,improvement of layout and structure and relevant policies and regulations and strengthening of educational and teaching quality monitoring using relevant laws of internationalization of higher education and existing policies and regulations in combination with work practice.
