摘要
通过简化油孔钻刀具受力模型,采用有限元ABAQUS软件建立刀夹和刀柄接触过程中的有限元模型,对刀夹的受力过程进行动态分析,并根据有限元分析的结果对刀夹结构进行优化,提高了使用寿命。最后通过生产实践验证刀夹结构优化的正确性。
I. sing ABAQUS build the tool nest and tool holder finite element analysis model and simulate the movement between the tool nest and tool holder. Then, calculate the tool nest force range by computer and optimization the tool nest struclure according to the compute result to improve tool nest life cycle. Finally, practice validates the new design.
