摘要
目的:评价对前列腺气化电切术后患者行快速康复护理路径的效果。方法:将86例行前列腺气化电切术后患者随机分为对照组及实验组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用快速康复护理路径。术后48h对患者焦虑状态、疼痛程度进行评价,术后1周对患者排尿功能进行评分。结果:与对照组比较,实验组术后48h焦虑评分及疼痛评分显著下降,术后1周对患者排尿功能评分显著增加。结论:前列腺气化电切术患者行快速康复护理路径无论是提高患者近期疗效,还是改善远期疗效,均有显著效果。
Objectives： To evaluate the effect on rapid rehabilitation nursing path via postoperative transurethral vaporiza- tion. Method： 86 patients treated by postoperative transurethral vaporization were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 43 eases in each group. The control group received routine care while the experimental group was treated with the rapid rehabilitation nursing path. Anxiety and pain levels at 48h were evaluated postoperatively. One week after the oper- ation, urinary function of patients were evaluated. Results： Compared with the control group, the postoperative anxiety and pain levels of the experimental group at 48h decreased markedly. And the patient urinary function increased significandy. Conclusion： The rapid rehabilitation nursing path via postoperative transurethral vaporization is effective on both instant curative effect and long - term recovery.
