The Conversion of Off-axis Gaussian Beam Passing Through One Or der Optical System

摘要 本文定量分析了离轴高斯光束经一阶光学系统的变换 ,表明出射光束是偏心高斯光束 ,得出了出射光束参数与入射光束参数及光学系统参数间关系。 In this paper,the conversion of off-a xis Gaussian beam passing through one order optical system is deduced quantitati ve analysis shows output beam is the decentered beam quantitative parameters r elation between decentered beam and input Gaimssian beam,optical system is accep ted.
