摘要
目的探讨孕妇妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿心脏解剖结构的影响。方法对30例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及30例血糖监测正常的孕妇所分娩的新生儿于生后1周内进行超声心动图检查,观察其心脏解剖结构,评价妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿心脏的影响。结果妊娠期糖尿病孕妇所分娩的新生儿室间隔厚度明显大于血糖正常孕妇所分娩的新生儿(P<0.05),并且前者所生育的新生儿心脏畸形的发生率明显高于后者所生育的新生儿。结论孕妇妊娠期糖尿病可对新生儿的心脏解剖结构的变化造成较大影响,对孕早期进行血糖监测可减少新生儿心脏畸形的发生。
Objective: Discussion the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus on anatomical structure of neonatal heart. Methods: Each of the 30 cases of neonates were on blood glucose of normal and abnormal pregnant women born in a week after birth by echocardiography examination, to observe the cardiac anatomy, impact assessment of gestational diabetes mellitus on neonatal heart. Results : Neonatal ventricular septal thickness in women with gestational diabetes mellitus had significantly greater than in normal pregnant women's neonates (P 〈 0. 05) , and the incidence of neonatal cardiac abnormalities was significantly higher than that of the latter. Conclusion: Gestational diabetes mellitus can affect the cardiac anatomic structure of neonates, blood glucose monitoring can reduce the incidence of neonatal cardiac abnormalities in early pregnancy.
