摘要
目的 研究非小细胞 (NSCL C)肺癌 CT征象与肺癌相关基因 p5 3,C- m yc,K- ras,及 C- erb B2 表达间的关系。方法 运用免疫组化法 ,检测 5 4例经手术病理证实的非小细胞肺癌组织中 p5 3,C- myc,K- ras及 C- erb B2 基因的表达 ,并分析其与术前 CT征象间的关系。结果 p5 3表达与非小细胞肺癌期别及 CT征象中瘤体大小 ,深分叶征 ,毛刺征 ,空洞征 ,及纵隔淋巴结转移有关 ,但与组织类型 ,胸膜凹陷征无关。 K- ras,C- erb B2基因与非小细胞肺癌组织类型有关 ,但与期别无关 ;C- myc基因则与非小细胞肺癌组织类型及期别均无关。 C- myc基因 ,C- erb B2 基因与深分叶征有关 ,与其它CT征象无关 ;K- ras基因与 CT征象无关。结论 CT征象中深分叶征具有相对更高的恶性程度 ,与肺癌相关基因p5 3,C- m yc,及 C- erb B2 有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between CT features and the expression of p53,C-myc, K-ras and C-erbB 2 genes in non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC).Methods The expression of p53, C-myc and K-ras gene was examined by means of immuno-histo-chemical technique in 2 cases of NSCLC proved by pathology. The relationship between the results and preoperative CT features were analyzed retrospectively.Results 1 The expression of p53 protein was correlated with tumor size, deep lobulation, spiculation, frank cavitation and mediastinal lymph nodes metastasis, but not related with pleural indentation, and it was related to stage of disease but not to pathological type. 2. The expression of K-ras and C-erB2 genes was related to pathological type but not to stage. The expression of C-myc gene was not related to stage and pathological type. 3. The expression of C-myc and C-erbB 2 genes was correlated with deep lobulation but not with other CT features. The expression of K-ras gene was not related with any CT features.Conclusion The CT features of NSCLC with deep lobulation indicates high degree of malignancy and was related to the expression of p53 C-myc and C-erB2 genes.
