Thl7细胞及细胞因子与男性重症肌无力伴胸腺瘤患者相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究Thl7细胞及细胞因子与男性重症肌无力(MG)伴胸腺瘤患者相关性分析。方法:选择首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科收治男性重症肌无力伴胸腺瘤患者42例(A组)、单纯男性重症肌无力患者50例(B组)及健康男性患者52例(C组),检测三组间外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)Thl7细胞比例、Thl7细胞相关细胞因子mRNA转录、Thl7细胞相关细胞因子表达。结果:A组外周血Th17细胞比例、IL-17 mRNA转录相对值显、IL-17表达量显著高于B、C组,且差异有统计学意义,B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:Th17细胞增多及其细胞因子过度表达及转录是男性胸腺瘤(MG)患者引起MG发病的危险因素。
