摘要
2010-04-21我国卫生部颁布《手足口病诊疗指南》(2010年版)作为各级医疗机构防控手足口病及救治手足口病重症患儿的指导方案。我们严格遵照指南,认为指南应用在基层医院中存在传染病报告、住院出院标准、肠道病毒感染住院患儿的隔离治疗、脑脊液检查、治疗措施等方面难以实际操作的问题,并提出自己的见解,可能有利于更新版指南的制定。
＂Guideline for hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） diagnosis and treatment＂ （2010 edition） was issued by the Ministry of Health in April 21, 2010. It has been an important instruction for preventing HFMD and treating severe HFMD in the medical institutions at all levels. In the practice of the guideline, we found some difficulties in actual operations such as infectious disease reports, hospital discharge criteria, isolation of hospitalized children with enterovirus infection, cerebrospinal fluid examination, treatment measures in primary hospitals. We raised some views to facilitate the future updating of the guidelines.
