摘要
本文从高考制度与创新能力培养的关系、高考制度改革的基本价值取向和改革的主要着力点三个视角,谈了对深化高考制度改革的认识。文章分析了高考制度对创新能力培养的积极和消极影响,阐述了坚持公正公平、减轻过重负担、弱化"一考定终身"、扩大自主选择权、推进能力本位五个方面的价值取向,主张在评价制度、选拔制度和管理制度三个层面深化改革,建立有利于创新能力培养的高考制度。
Focusing on three perspectives, which include the relationship between College Entrance Examination （CEE） and cultivating innovation ability, the basic value orientation of CEE reform and the main focus on this reform, this paper talks about the understanding of deepening the reform of CEE. We analyze the positive and negative effects of CEE on cultivating the innovation ability, expound five aspects of value orientation, which are upholding justice and fairness, to reduce the excessive burden, weakening＂one test set for life＂, expanding the right to choose, and promoting competency-based. Meanwhile, we advocate at three levels to deepen reform in the evaluation system, selection and management systems, in order to establish the college entrance examination system which is conducive to cultivating innovation ability.
