异基因造血干细胞移植后的腺病毒感染的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植已广泛应用于血液系统疾病的治疗，感染是移植的主要相关死亡原因之一，尤其是病毒感染因受检测手段、治疗药物等因素制约，成为困扰临床的重要难题。有关腺病毒的研究报道较少，本研究拟对移植后腺病毒感染的现状、临床表现及治疗情况进行综述，以期提高临床医生对移植后腺病毒感染的警觉性。
