摘要
采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型 ,观察中药复方止消通脉宁对其肾小球细胞外基质 (ECM)成分的影响。结果显示 :止消通脉宁能够明显减少糖尿病大鼠肾小球ECM主要成分ColIV、FN、LN的积聚 ,具有抑制ECM增生的作用 。
The effects of Zhixiaotongmaining Granules (ZG) on the components of glomerular extracellular matrix (ECM) were observed in the rats with diabetes induced by streptozotocin. The results showed that ZG could significantly decrease the accumulation of the type IV collagen, fibronectin and laminin, and inhibit ECM proliferation. The results imply that ZG can delay the onset and development of diabetic nephropathy.
