摘要
目的分析Ets- 1在颌骨软骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中的表达及意义。 方法利用免疫组化法检测Ets-1在 2 0例颌骨软骨肉瘤和 8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。 结果 6 0 % (12 / 2 0 )的软骨肉瘤中Ets- 1呈阳性表达 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者的阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ级 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;复发组的阳性表达率明显高于原发组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Ets - 1在骨软骨瘤中的阳性表达率为 12 .5 % (1/ 8) ,与软骨肉瘤有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论Ets- 1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中有过表达 ,并与其病理学分级和复发密切相关。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of Ets-1 (E26 transformation-specific) in chondrosarcoma and osteochondroma of the jaws. Methods Ets-1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of chondrosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma of the jaws. Results 12 of the 20 cases of chondrosarcoma (60%) showed an Ets-1 positive reastion. The positive rates of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of grade Ⅰ (P<0.05). Recurrent cases showed a higher Ets-1 positive rate than primary ones (P<0.05). Ets-1 was present in 12.5% (1/8) osteochondroma. The positive rate was significantly different between chondrosarcoma and osteochondroma (P<0.05). Conclusion The results indicate that Ets-1 is overexpressed in chondrosarcoma of the jaws and correlated with its pathological grade and recurrence.
