摘要
目的:探索痰细胞细菌培养的临床应用价值。方法:通过对痰标本的二硫苏糖醇的去黏液处理和蔗糖密度离心作用,分离出痰中的吞噬细胞等细胞成分,对其进行细菌培养,并通过观察细菌生长情况,一致性,和临床效果进行比较。结果:实验组培养的病菌纯正,一致性好,临床治疗效果均具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:痰细胞细菌培养能够较好地反映出肺部感染的致病菌情况。
Objective：To investigate the Clinical value of bacterial culture of sputum cells. Methods：Sputum samples were treated with dithiothreitol and then with sucrose density centrifuge. Phagocytic cells and other cells were isolated from sputum, and then were cultured bacterially. Finally we observed the growth of bacteria, the consistency, and the clinical effects. Results：In experimental group, the bacteria grow unmixed, and the consistency was perfect every time. There is a significant difference compared with Control group, P 〈0. 01.Conclusions.Bacterial culture of sputum cells can perfectly reflect the pathogens situation of lung infection.
