摘要
鉴于渤海湾出现的系泊事故,提出一种新型浅水外转塔系泊方案,以水池系泊试验考察该系泊方案的运动和系泊力,并与理论计算进行对比,以验证系统的安全性和可靠性,试验表明浅水外转塔系泊系统设计正确、合理。
Taking into account some mooring accident, a new mooring scheme was proposed for the external turret mooring in shallow water. In order to verify the feasibility of the plan, the mooring test was carried out to study the movement and mooring force about the new mooring program. The test result is compared with the theoretical calculation. Test data showed that the de- sign that shallow water external turret mooring system is correct and reasonable.
