摘要
金属基底上喷涂陶瓷涂层使表面具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温等特点.运用等离子喷涂技术在45号钢表面喷涂Al2O3、Al2O3-3%TiO2、TiO2、ZrO2-8%Y2O3等四种陶瓷涂层,部分采用Ni包Al为打底层.检测陶瓷涂层的硬度、耐磨性及结合力等力学性能.并进行金相和扫描电镜观察.四种陶瓷涂层的表面硬度达到70~90HR15N;有打底层的陶瓷涂层的硬度稍大于无底层的涂层硬度;Al2O-3%TiO2陶瓷涂层的硬度较大,Al2O3涂层的耐磨性最好;而TiO2涂层的结合强度较高.同种涂层有打底层的情况下结合力较大.对截面样品,金相显微镜和扫描电镜均观察到明显的涂层及打底层形貌,并与以上测试结果相吻合.
Ceramic coatings on the metals substrate have friction and wear resistance, corrosionresistance, and high temperature resistance. 4 kinds of ceramic coatings Al2O3, Al2O3-3%TiO2, TiO2ZAO2-8%Y2O3 on steel substrate were fabricated with plasma spraying. Some coatingr undercoatedwith powder of Al covered with Ni. The detection of microscope revealed that the surface hardnessof the coatings was 70-90HR15N. The hardness of undercoated coatingr were higher than thoseof no undercoated coatings. Al2O3-3% TiO2 coatings had higher hardness and Al2O3 coatingshad the best friction and wear resistance, TiO2 coatings had higher adhesion than others. Theundercoated ceramic coatings had higher adhesion than the same kinds of coatings with-outundercoated layers. Metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope observation illuminated the topography of coatingr with and without undercoated layers for cross section specimen,which were identical with the above detection results.
