摘要
以扭转缓冲器弹簧为例,以弹簧自由高度最小、质量最轻为优化目标,建立圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧多目标优化设计的数学模型。采用统一目标法对弹簧进行优化,并借助Matlab优化工具箱进行求解。结果表明:采用该种方法,减小了自由高度,减轻了重量,优化效果显著。
Taking the torsion buffer springs as example and optimization of least free height and weight as goal, a mathematical model of multi-objective optimized design of cylindrical helical torsion springs is built. By using unified objective method the springs can be optimized, and with Matlab optiization toolbox the solution is tried. The result shows that this method can satisfy different requirment of design and greatly improve the design efficiency.
